This site is a tool to help create off-grid sustainable Pagan communities.
We have received fiscal sponsorship from an official 501c3 non-profit organization for the Colorado community project. This means we can now get grants and tax-deductible donations to make this dream a reality.
The proposal we made and the proposal that was accepted was this: The community will be in charge of the community through counsel and consensus. In other words the residents will be in charge of the way the community goes. Every member who builds an ***earth-friendly home and who occupies the land and their dwelling for one year will be granted DEEDED OWNERSHIP of their 1/4 acre home-parcel with usage rights to the community gardens, greenhouses, pastures and forests. This property may not be sold, but CAN be gifted to someone else (with consensus agreement) or given back to the community for re-distribution. The community will raise funds for property taxes and improvements through fund-raising activities to be decided through community circle discussion and consensus.
ANIMAL RESCUE: Part of the land will be set aside for animal rescue activities. The horse rescue part of the operation will be overseen by Jan Ferguson of Heaven's Gateway Horse Rescue. (She is a Shaman and Pagan who has been running her rescue for 10 years.) Part of the project will be pairing the horse-lovers in the community with rescued horses so that they can live together in balance with each-other and Nature.
YES, this is your opportunity to raise your children in a true Pagan community off-grid, alternative-powered, Earth-friendly. This is an opportunity to OWN this community and be a part of a TRUE CIRCLE where EVERYONE is EQUAL. How much money do you need to join? NONE. All you need is an open heart and a willingness to be a part of the Circle and work together with others.
This is the main website for this first community which we are going to set up on land in the Rocky Mountains, an example which we hope will phenomenally spread like wildfire to become a global BLESSING!
